[Adxa] 145.49 repeater

Thanks, Paul, for all your time and hard work getting this repeater on the
air.   I don't have any 2 meter antennas up except a horizontal beam.   I
tried it using the loop antenna in the attic with 5 watts and I could hit
it!   It is a little noisy, but it wouldnt' take much of an antenna to make
it solid copy.   Not bad for Russellville!
