Arbor, Michigan to Hamvention on May 20, 2017. We guarantee the *most fun,

As of this year, there is a new location for the world’s largest Ham Radio
Convention. This is at the Greene County Fairgrounds and Expo Center in
Xenia, Ohio. The rumors have it that there will be up to 30,000 attendees
this year!



Remember, we leave the Ann Arbor Transit Park-and-Ride just east of
Pioneer High
School a half-hour earlier this year due to the extra distance to Xenia.



*Please Note:* *The departure time is 5:00 am this year because Xenia is
one-half hour farther.*


*NEW DEPARTURE TIME: The bus will get to the park-and-ride a half-hour
before our take-off at 5:00 AM. THATS 5:00 AM. Hamvention opens an hour
later this year. We leave at 5:00 AM.*

market space. All we ask is that you keep your items to a reasonable number

You’ve heard of Ann Arbor referred to as “A Square”? Well, we now present
the “AAABBB” or the *“A Cube B Cube”*, otherwise known as the “ARROW Ann
Arbor Big Bus Buildathon”. A little bit of FDIM (“Four Days in May”) comes
on the bus with us!



QRPme: Rex Harper, W1REX, of Limerick, Maine, has one of the neatest lines
of QRP Kits around!

whole slew of QRP gatherings around the USA and a big buildathon in England.



He gives us a neat little piece of test equipment for anyone building a
low-power transmitter or transceiver. When you are finished with your 10-20

sniffing out small transmit signals by hooking it up to a digital

important tools of any QRP (Low Power) radio builder.
