[Adrian ARC] Adrian ARC Hamfest (September 19, 2010) Reminder/Help Request

Hello Everyone ...
 
 
As a reminder the Adrian ARC Hamfest will be this Sunday the 19th of September.  There is a wedding the night before, so we will not be able to get in until 5:30 AM.  That being said, setup starts at 5:30 AM.
 
Help is always needed, so if you would like to help out, please send me an e-mail, and I will get you lined up.
 
Here are the various activities that need assistance.
 
1.  Help with food
2.  Help with the front gate
3.  Help with parking
4.  Help with trunk sales
