[ACARSLogs] Acarsd 1.65 - a ROBUST application

To those of you wondering, I now have 32 people connected to my Los 
Angeles Server.  That probably isn't THE record, but it's a LOT of people!

The system appears to be functioning normally, and I have acarsd,posfix 
and anad all running on the same machine.

It is an XP machine, 512 Mb Memory and I think about a 1.8G Celeron.

I am using AVG antivirus, the normal firewall and stuff from Microsoft.

Just thought I would let everyone know.
