[ACARS] Acars decoder for Linux.

Hi all, 

Just found a great Acars decoder for Linux and the cheap DVB-T sticks (and windows!), it decodes lots of messages on my 
raspberry pi!, you can now monitor multiple channels for a few dollars!

Download and extract the file to a map, and start the program, watch picture how to start the prg. 

Dbase and network server included!

Now a VDL-2 decoder that would be also a big step ahead!
