[ACARS] N2028 (was: Over the Netherlands : 6 march 2012)

It can't be right though... N2028 is an R.F. Keiger Phantom (according to
the FAA). That is listed as experimental and propably a home built
aircraft. I don't expect it to be xmitting ACARS messages over Europe.
