[ACARS] ARINC Ground Stations on SITA frequencies ?

Hi folks

Today I'm monitoring 131.825Mcs which is apparently a dedicated SITA frequency.
Every message should in theory be "ACARS Mode: 2" but I've been
logging a Spanish bizjet (..ECJPK, a Gulfstream 550) which is
apparently working (or just calling?) ARINC remote ground stations
with IDs of [O] (Oscar) and [X], besides the SITA ground stations.

I had a similar thing happen on 131.825Mcs on 6th Jan - everything was
SITA/Mode-2 except for one Brazilian bizjet (..PRCIP, again a
Gulfstream 550) which was logged using GRS ident [E] besides the SITA
ground stations

We live in exciting times :)
