[ACARS] Does this make sense?

Hello all!  I receive this every so often and just received it again on one
of the VHF ACARS frequencies..

That would normally be Frankfurt airport, EDDF.  The trouble is I'm in
Harrisburg, PA, USA.  OK, my antenna is high at 70 feet or 21.3 meters, but
it's not THAT high.  I receive these all the time from my local airport, and
sometimes from New York City airports.  But Germany??  Is there some logical
explanation?
