Global Express c/n 9259 (ex N89ZZ)

The latest ACARS-AC list I can find is dated July

This shows OK1 as a GLF4 c/n 1173
The FAA site shows this as N731AE with marks N113WJ reserved

I think that's right but I stand to be corrected (please quote your source)
