[ACARS] New over The Netherlands

Hi all,

Finally over to 131.825. Got several Belgian Air Force C-130s, an EMB145 and
the civil registered A330 operated by the Belgian Air Force. One of the
Hercs was enroute from Araxos to Brussels. The BAF is still operating F-16's
there fore the Lybia crisis.

Also a US Navy C-37 (60500) on this freq, and a testflght from Airbus. Some
of the US military and the Airbus flights are on 131.825 now it seems.
