[ACARS] New over The Netherlands (131.525, PH-AOM)

131.525 showed more messages than 131.825, but almost no new 
registrations. As this was the first time in years for me to tune to 
this frequency I guess almost all aircraft show up on 131.725 as well 
regularely. Both new ones were recently delivered.
