Hi all (and Ed) Tried 131.525 for 24 hrs. No luck as my wife switched off the power to do some repairs in the house. The PC rebooted and scanner rebooted. The PC got stuck on startup with the familiar "push any key" message. A logfile of 0 bytes was the result. Will try again the next 24 hours. Bart.
