So I guess they did not configure their acars box correctly which is why only the 7 (of 7342) ended up in the flightnumber AITHY7.

Have been observing Dusseldorf for the past two days using Planeplottter (in share mode).
Hasn't shown itself there nor have I logged it on Acars (I think).
According to
http://www4.thy.com/timetable/validateTimetablePage.tk
they operate a daily service.

My acars log shows only one TK7342 by TC-JKG on 31-05-2010.
