[ACARS] Need help with ACARS Analyser 3.3

I decided to install ACARS Analyser V3.3 to see how it would work with
ACARSD.  In a nutshell, I haven't been able to get it to work.  I turned on
the server in ACARSD and then turned on the ACARS Data Manager, but
nothing's happening.  ACARSD is showing 0 clients connected and ACARS Data
Manager is still waiting for its first message from the server.  

 

Any idea what else I need to do?
