http://www.aerotransport.org show it as originally being ordered for CIT 
Aerospace with an N-number registration (not shown) on 23rd Sept. It went 
unused from there to Juneyao AL today (22nd Nov) so I guess it could well 
have been a delivery flight. The "605" seems to almost tie up with the c/n 
of 3605. I've tried checking on "flightaware.com" but the site is down (as 
at 1936z)
