[ACARS] New Freq at KATL

Last night I heard 136.65 active with acars data bursts for the first time. After a few minutes of
decoding today, it seems to be used for flights inbound and outbound KATL, mostly Delta but a few
others mixed in. All messages are using a Mode of "E", which I have not seen before. Here are a
few logged entries to show examples:
