Hi Bill,
this is not correct. The registration D-AICY is used during cabin
furnishing of A319CJ aircraft temporarily. S/N 2263 is in service in
Brazil as FAB2101 since a long time. In this particular case this
registration belongs to A319-133/CJ S/N 2650, which is destined for
Kingfisher Airlines (for VIP use) and will be registered VT-VJM (the
name of KFR's CEO is Vijay Mallya, so it's kind of a vanity plate)

for a picture of that aircraft, before it went to Dallas for cabin
furnishing in January. The aircraft has returned this week to XFW
for delivery to KFR.
