[ACARS] Newbie Questions

Have just returned to the List and would appreciate help on two points.

I see a reference to "ACARS-AC List dated 26/May/06". This looks like an
up-to-date source of data and I wonder how I can acquire it?

Anyone use the Pervisell Log Analyser; is this a useful tool. Incidentally,
Pervisell  answering my Emails with "too busy to answer - be patient!!"
