These lengthy A340-500 flights vary tremendously in their routing.
www.flightaware.com gives today's UAE202 as routing
HAPIE YAHOO DOVEY 4100N 06000W 4100N 05500W
4100N 05000W 4200N 04000W 4200N 03000W 4100N
02000W ERPES UZ22 BUSEN UM744 ESP UZ5 VFA
UN747 SVL UM744 CARBO UA44 MOS UA411 MORJA
UA411 TUC UM978 OTREX UM978 LCA UR655 BALMA
R655 CAK J222 BASEM R785 ZELAF UR785 RASLI
UP559 RATUN A791 DESDI
...but it can on other days route to the north of Scotland!
Another A340-500 flight to look for on the tracker is SIA21. This is
currently 3 hours out of EWR heading north over Greenland, with another
14.5 hours to go to SIN. It won't be coming your way...
SAX J6 PLB J567 NAPEE J567 YUL J574 MT 6000N
07600W 6500N 07500W 7000N 07400W 7500N 07000W
0N065W 8500N 05000W ABERI B934 USATO B934
UOHH B480 AI B480
Don't look for the return working, it is trans-Pacific.
These relatively new and lengthy flights fascinate me, but not so much
that I feel the desire to fly on one!
