A regular over on the ACARSD list, Alexis has started a compilation page, 
using ACARSD and other decoder data, SELCAL, spottings and other reports.

The information retrieval methods are email-based or a simple web interface 
and are free.  As more data sources join up, his database should become 
quite comprehensive.
