[ACARS] PCHFDL.DAT

Hi everybody,

The Canary station is working now for quite a time, but I still have not an
updated configuration file for PCHFDL. Also the file available at Charles
Brains site is not updated. Did anybody reveive an update of the stations
and could it make available e.g. at Charles site and/or directly send to me?
