[ACARS] New one

Hi all,

Just a single new one on the last friday of the year over Deventer, The 
Netherlands:

And some snow related messages, Schiphol is closed at the moment as 
they're trying to clear the only available runway. Not much on ACARS 
about that :-(. AS you can see in the second message there's freezing 
rain as well.
