[ACARS] Help Appreciated!!

Now have PC-HFDL working 100%, and ACARSD showng lotsa screen data.
WACARS, JACARS, Airnav Suite4 and Decoder 2.1 all dead. Why? Can this be  PC
problems,  or ISP faults in down loading to far away South Africa? Lotsa
folk seem to be working the Airnav products OK; must I write off $150
as a dead loss? Can any kind person send me CD's of any of these products
when I can thenemploy a PC Guru to check the PC, ISP &  programs
professionally; notenough PC literate myself, and can't see well! Please
don't tell me to read the HELP; the fonts of which cannot be increased and
in any case, seem must unhelpful!

Once again, I have paid for everything and received Registration codes and
receipts. But no answers on how to activate the programs. Help from some
colleagues is very much appreciated!! Have spend perhaps $35000 on HFradio
and decoder products but the venture into ACARS has been a disaster! Sorry
for typos!
