Very strange you are saying those things about AirNav. I've been a customer 
for more than 4 years without a simple complain. They produce the best and 
most innovative software for our hobby and they always replied to my emails 
promptly.

Also they offer a free trial for all their software so you can test and 
decide to buy it (or not in case you don't like it). Let me state also
that the Internet ACARS Server stations list they provide is not maintained 
by them so they are not responsible for the servers being
out. Read their documentation again.
