[ACARS] New ones, including a Belgian Air Force Falcon 20!

Hi all,

Two new miliary aircraft in today's log. The USAF C-40C is nice, the 
Belgian Air Force Falcon 20 is even better. I love these Belgian ACARS 
retrofits!
