[ACARS] Frequency list

Decided to switch to 136.850 from some reason today...getting a lot of 
first contacts, presumably trans-Atlantic in- and out-bounds....wondering 
if this list was a mistake or a some sort of programming list for 
frequencies for this particular box to use...?
