[ACARS] ANAD v2.1 freeware if no internet?

Hello all
I tried Airnav ACARS decoder v2.1 and found that there is no registration 
available for that program in the application itself (like entering the 
codes). Nothing has been said about any trial period either.

Does it mean that the decoder is given out for free for anybody that does 
not attempt to use its internet features?
