[Acars] Perth ACARS 'watches'

G'day all, 

The aircraft 'rego watch' facility is proving quite popular so I've now
added in two more options. 

You can now place a 'watch' on a particular flight number I.e. QF1074 and
can also place a 'watch' on a particular aircraft type. I.e. A330, A340,
B777 etc. 

When one of the watch conditions it triggered you are sent an email telling
you that the aircraft / flight number you placed a watch on has been heard
on ACARS.

Apologies to those that may have tried to register earlier in the week and
couldn't. There was a minor bug in the system that has now been sorted out.
