[Acars] Log conversion software

I have been working with Mike in NZ to produce a program which takes AcarsD
or ANAD logs and outputs the data to a file (either comma/tab or text
format)

Layout is as follows

Call - Type - Airline - Date/Time - Flight No. - Route (if known).

JA8917	Boeing 747	JAL	20040611	0729	"JL0771"	
CC-CQE	Airbus A340	LAN	20040611	0729	"LA0801"	
HL7498	Boeing 747	KAL	20040611	0730	"KE0811"	
VH-VXA	Boeing 737	QFA	20040611	0730	"QF0155"	
VH-VQH	Boeing 717	OAA	20040611	0730	"VQ0072"	
VH-OJF	Boeing 747	QFA	20040611	0731	"QF0128"	
VH-VQJ	Boeing 717	OAA	20040611	0731	"VQ0501"

Type can be either Boeing 717 or B 717 - Airline can be ICAO 3-ltr or name
in full. 

The list can be compressed so that only the final entry for each flight is
included, thus giving a quick log for the day.
