Not sure which acarsd version you have

but in your main acarsd folder you will find
an MS DOS BATCH FILE

icon will be like a white window with a small yellow cog in it
underneath is written databases

start that running

give it plenty of time to do its thing

then if acarsd is running  under the acarsd icon in main window

you will find "re-load databases"

click on that

then watch bottom window
you should see the name of each dbase with a number of entries next to 
each one

details of each should now be appearing in your main screen correctly
