[Acars] Continental Express 2 Letter ACARS Prefix

Starting last week, the Continental Express flights numbers started
appearing on ACARS as XE.... instead of the usual CO.... At first only a
handful of a/c showed up this way but in my logs yesterday, only one a/c
came up with the old CO prefix, so it looks like the transition is almost
complete.
