[ACARS] WACARS not decoding?

Hi Kevin ,
  You may have to install a Creative Sound Blaster card -  Just the cheap
one !!  -  Is your sound card built in the mother board ?? if so you may not
be able to decode WACARS - WACARS likes to have a separate sound card
installed.
   The best the way to get around your problem would be to buy SkySpy or
some over decoder then run WACARS in the DDE mode . Also you are using a old
Aircraft Data Base - If you get WACARS running let me know so I can send you
the latest Aircraft Base.
