[ACARS] ANSuite Inquiry

Excuse the off-topic but I am looking to solve a problem with the All Heard 
Management part of ANSuite.  I am unable to retrieve, or the program will not 
give me the statistics report when I click on the "Calculate Statistics" 
button.  I have re-installed program and works ok but when i re-enter backup data I 
get no statistics.  I have notified AN also.  Any suggestions?
