Hi

I am afraid to say your new computer will not run sky spy any longer
due to XP using the same comport tech as Win NT

there is currently under beta test a new sound card system
which will be released in the next few weeks

this software is out performing the latest version of airnav decoder
and is the source programme for the facility in anad2 to watch other
peoples acars around the world

it will be entirely free as against the current charges for anad2

it is also the originator of downloading images of aircraft which you
receive messages from

it may well be worth the wait and save a few dollars

system will require the use of your sound card
in fact it will accept decodes from 2 or 3 sound cards
for those who live in busy areas where more than 1 freq. is used
and suffer the usual loss due having to scan 3/4 freq.'s 

suggest you stick with wacars for the moment
and await the next freeware acars decoder
