[ACARS] Anomolies List / Errors in Registration

Hello All,
    Forgive me if I seem to be beating a dead horse..but .... Is the ANY 
way all of us can come up with a stadardized, uniformed
aircraft registration file for all systems that is maintain  in the same 
format.  Basically something like...

reg= real reg,model,owner,airline  = N350AU=N462US,B757,-,US Airways

This way we all know how the data is laid out. I have found too many 
aircraft missing from one another's logs.
 I have to go from one file for some aircraft and another file for 
others.  I am VERY grateful for all the work that everyone does.
I just want to take it to the next step and commonize aircraft files.
