[ACARS] DLH Oceanic on Registration!

Folks

This is a bit old but interesting for two reasons: Shanwick managed to =
clear him on his registration rather than his flight number (and without =
the hyphen and it is not a B777!)

And for some reason DLH MD11s don't always use ACARS to get clearances, =
but obviously can

[and while I think of it, I reported months ago that UAL 777s had =
started getting ACARS Oceanic clearances: well just about the next day =
they stopped!]
