[ACARS] New Regs in Almere 030622

no misread, this is a Privat Air A319CJ operated for LH. There is 
also D-APAC flying the LH0408/9-route to New York. The LH0408/9 
is operated this way for more than a year now, but was done with 
B737BBJ (HB-IIQ, I think, not on ACARS). This aircraft is now 
flying from MUC.
