[ACARS] ACARS over Baltia&Scandinavia, frequency changed?

Hello,
during the past couple of days, I have seen that some regular long haulers 
between Europe and Far East have not appeared in my logs (e.g., BA, JAL).
What could be the reason? A dramatic change in routing or a new ACARS 
frequency or a discontinued use of ACARS?

I can hear a/c:s over Baltic Countries and Finland.
Frequencies are 136.925 and 131.725.
136.900 and 131.525 seem to be inactive here.
