[ACARS] Canadian Armed Forces challenger

Hi all,

Some new ones over Deventer, The Netherlands, including a very interesting
bizz jet: a Canadian Armed Forced Challenger 604 (they call it a CC144).
Looks CANFORCE is starting to use ACARS more regularely, as one of the
CC150s was also logged recently.
