The ACARS decoder Mark-2 has internet facilities which allows direct
connection to the ACARS-D servers in such exotic places as Budapest,
Helsiki, New Zealand and Frankfurt, so it's perfectly normal to listen
to these stations whilst also logging local stuff. No problem here. The
flight wasn't OVER the USA; he was simply logged by someone IN the USA.
.there's a difference !!
