[ACARS] F-WEMP

Hi List

Unfortunetly it wasn't the Airbus A310 from Spanish Air Force as suggested
by Mark Kortvely Sr that one is F-GEMQ as Buchair information, I still not
know who is F-WEMP, any help is appreciated.
