I can add a little here:
AGSND is the code for an a/c to a/c message via the ground station. This is
used quite frequently by AC crews who want to talk to a different a/c. AGSND
631 means that it is sent to aircraft with the fleet number 631 which should
be B767 C-FMWP. The originator of them message looks like the crew of an
A319, C-FYNS.
I can't figure out a lot of the rest of the message but it might be jokingly
referring to comparing first class seats for a deadheading crew between an
A319/B767.
The expression "Les Boys" is a French Canadian expression meaning "The Guys"
(referring to themselves...the crew).
