Mmmm,

It might help if all the Wacars decode text were removed to leave only the
'actual' transmission.  If you can do that perhaps we might have a better
chance at 'really' decoding it!  But probably something like a private joke
between the crew and operations re Airbus A319 and Boeing 767 ops??
