[ACARS] Utility

I have created a utility to correct the common "errors" that creep up in
ACARS (e.g. N521UP appearing as N621UP, the BLX 737s coming up as Hapag
Lloyd). It will work with POST processors (DACARS, Log Analyser) as it
will only deal with Airmaster formatted logs (Airmaster, Skyspy,
AirNav). It will NOT work with the programs that produce their own lists
(AirNav, WACARS) unless, in the case of WACARS, you produce Airmaster
formatted UNEXPANDED files.
