[ACARS] UAL B777s now getting Westbound ACARS clearances

Folks

One of the last group of scheduled flights not to get Oceanic Clearances via 
ACARS was the UAL B777s - but they do now! Not sure of the start date - been 
a bit busy lately and not been monitoring Shanwick voice for a while

Note that like BAW B777s they do not have the checkbrick at the end of the 
message which is odd as they do on their position reports and on ADS

UAL B767s have used ACARS for Oceanic Clearances for at least 12 months
