Can anyone help with this? Don't think I missed the correspondance

None of the logs is 'clean' but it appears to be '0001' as CJ0001 from LIRA 
to EGVN

Obviously an A319; and as EGVN = Brize Norton, presumed Military

As ever it is on Nick's list: but who owns it? Italian Air Force? or US 
Military? And why 'CJ'
