[ACARS] INFO: winter timetable DUS/EDDL

Hello,

just a short note, that I uploaded the winter timetable for 
D=FCsseldorf/Germany to my homepage. You will find it in the "flight 
schedule" section. It's in csv-format, 2 daily files. Also added is a
routing file in WACARS-format. Enjoy.

Second there is no timetable for Frankfurt and M=FCnchen so far. Both 
airports changed their websites, so the scripts used for reading the 
data must be rewritten. This will take a while, I will inform you, when 
the timetables are online.
