[ACARS] ID Help

Heard this one on ZID Center and saw on Flight Explorer.  ID was EBU 647 with 
a c/s of ELITE BLUE.  Equipment was a CL604.  Route was Sarasota FL to 
Covington KY.  Any help appreciated in id of this company.  Nothing found in 
JPFleets or on FAA Contractions......Thanks
