Hello Ruediger,

well, though I do so, I think the answer is NO. So far I do understand 
it is illegal to listen to anything other than public radio. And if you 
here something else "by accident" <:-))>, you are not allowed to tell 
someone else what you heared. All inside what's called 
"Telekomunikationsgesetz". But on the other hand: I can't remember 
that someone got problems because of posting ACARS-messages...
