[ACARS] requ routing

Folks

I agree: KBWI is a strange origin for COA. Could it be a Reach US Military
Charter? Or is it a KIAH - EDDF flight that made a tech stop and was
re-filed with a different flight number?

I suppose in theory a Reach Flight would be going to ETAF, but I have seen
both NWA and FDX use EDDF for Reach Flights
